Artist Spotlight - Joel Hinck

Joel Hinck is a modern worship songwriter striving to provide songs with meaningful, biblical, and diverse texts. His focus is on music that will be useful for congregational singing- melodies that can be learned and sung by the Church body coupled with texts that engage the heart and the mind.

His new album "Voice in the Darkness" is a collection of songs written over several years. They are songs of faith and struggle, hope and doubt. They are a celebration of the incarnate God, a God who does not leave us in our despair, but constantly reaches out, enters into our broken world, and encourages us to wrestle with Him.
